By accessing the TuttiFrutti Official website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept these terms on behalf of any minor in your care who views the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is an informational website for TuttiFrutti Official, a children's music channel. It provides information about our episodes, characters, and social media presence, and embeds videos hosted on third-party platforms. The Site offers no accounts, purchases, downloads, or interactive services.

3. Intellectual property

• All content on this Site — including the TuttiFrutti name, logo, character names and designs, song titles, lyrics summaries, images, and text — is owned by TuttiFrutti Official and protected by copyright and trademark law.
• You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example, sharing an episode page with another parent).

• Our original arrangements of public-domain nursery rhymes are our own original works; the underlying classic songs (for example, Old MacDonald and Twinkle Twinkle) remain in the public domain.
