TuttiFrutti Publisher ("the app") is an internal publishing tool for the TuttiFrutti Official children's music channel. It uploads the channel's own original videos to its own TikTok account via TikTok's Content Posting API. The app is operated by and for the channel owner only.
The app may be used only by the channel owner to publish content the owner created or holds the rights to. All published content must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law. The app must not be used to post content to accounts other than the owner's, to misrepresent content ownership, or to circumvent TikTok's platform rules.
The operator is responsible for keeping the TikTok account credentials and any app credentials confidential, and for all activity conducted through the connected account.
The operator retains all rights in the content it publishes through the app and warrants that it owns or is licensed to publish that content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the operator's content to any third party.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator acknowledges that publishing depends on TikTok's platform and APIs, which may change, limit, or suspend access at TikTok's discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the app is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including any action taken by TikTok on the connected account or published content.
The operator may stop using the app and disconnect its TikTok account at any time. These terms cease to apply once the account is disconnected and stored tokens are deleted.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
